Will you support more than one site?

Our monthly upgrade plans are just for the one website. You are welcome to sign up twice if you have two sites. (Reason – we need to match the style, brand and voice of each site separately)
How long does a Content Upgrade take to complete?

For a standard content upgrade – 3 business days. If you request an upgrade over the weekend, we generally take care of it on Monday morning unless we deem it to be urgent.
I’m thinking about signing up… when will you develop my upgrade?

First, we need to check your details and activate your account. Once that is done, you are welcome to submit your first piece of content to receive it’s content upgrade . We aim to start working on your content upgrade on the same day you sign up.
